Delta 8 THC is a similar chemical compound to the commonly known Delta-9 THC, which comes from marijuana. THC is the chemical that is responsible marijuana’s psychoactive effect, which many people enjoy. While similar to Delta 9, Delta-8 and Delta 10 come from hemp plants, not marijuana plants. According to the FDA, Delta 8 and Delta 10 are not regulated like Delta 9, but they still aren’t legal in all states. Do you like the effects of marijuana, but don’t want to break the law? Although Delta-8 and Delta-10 are currently federally legal, some states have regulated the production and sale of products with these compounds. We limit our sale of our Delta 8 and Delta 10 containing products to the states where we can lawfully sell them.
Connecticut and Michigan chose to regulate Delta 8 THC the same way they are regulating recreational marijuana, however Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington chose to outlaw it completely.
